So, it looks like you can spawn on buildings and houses during battle generation.

Did he Dragon Hover Fire Breath and fly there?
Possibly Sidecutted? Blinked? Did he join the battle mid-fight?
These are all possible things that need testing.

I watched this fight happen, and he dragon hover + fire breath'd to get there.

And the bug that lets you use Fire Breath to get into walls has been corrected.
