Fast Offense doesn't seem to be working at all. Not with Bonded Youkai, not without.
On the first use, you get the buff. And when you manually summon a Youkai, they gain nothing.

Doesn't work for me, it's probably because Kazil is an old character with capped Youkai and Bonded Youkai. If you could try using it 'now' with un-bonded Youkai or whatsoever, you'll see this:

Also solved, problem was that I had more than 3 Youkai contracts. Thanks once again!
