I particularly like the dynamic scaling idea. One of the issues I'm finding with the raid cannon is that once again there isn't much reason to use it over other guns. It has the same issue as bare fists at current, being considered broken. Additionally, it currently removes the trait each time you log in. It remains available to be taken, and can simply be reapplied.
