Jackhammer Lead Storm [2.00.06]

Using a Lead Storm with a Jackhammer results in absolutely nothing and creates a single log entry. It consumes FP and momentum, but no projectiles are created and no animation is played.

Seems fair, and addresses the key issues without being in the way. Normal grapple is usually only used to secure a kill in a team fight in my experience anyways, so the CD won't be too adverse to its normal use.

So, I've found Painful Grip to be a bit oppressive. The 'it landed once, and now I have no recourse but to sit there and take 150 damage a pop until it fails' sort of oppressive. I get what you're going for with Blood Scent, but I don't think Ghost should get all too many evasion tools. I'm not necessarily against it, I just think it might not be the best mechanical fit for the class. As for Feareater, I do have a mechanical complaint, which is that getting Feared as a Ghost...

It should be clarified then, that the server isn't down. An issue has arisen with the byond hub causing it to fail to display it.
