That doesn't happen with the Zeran racial passive that reduces WIL, or Sanctuary. You 'can't' lose skills mid-battle. This thread was made as a joke, obviously, but now that it's been pointed out, I don't see why Hyattr have APT that competes with Humans. It's a really arbitrary difference, but it is kind of weird. So I'd say remove it for the sake of lore as far as Humans being what they're supposed to be compared...

If your target outruns divine jugement there is no way they are built for res/defense enough that you can't smite them without it. Come on, Raigen. You know well this is entirely untrue. I've seen Spellthieves who run high DEF/RES, Evasion, and Leeched Energy Margin Manipulation for godlike tanking...

I have to say I'm in support of the original idea here. Phoenix's current effect working under Gentle Embers while doing damage without it. Light shafts would be a bit overbearing for the offensive effect though. I'd just say Glowing on enemies. Otherwise, there's going to be a hell of a lot of ligh...
