[v2.13] Safety Scissors

The damaging effect that is supposed to happen when an enemy summons an allied unit from Eternal Solitude's effect seemingly does 0 damage no matter how I test it, tested against a target with 0 armor and had the same effect.

Also the effect triggers properly for skills that summon multiple units like Dark Eyes and Summon Storm, but it doesn't trigger properly for Create Shade (You only receive damage once rather than 4 times as that is how many shades are summoned)

I can still confirm that in 2.22b that the interactions I posted are still present, and the effect no matter what my UL is does 0 damage regardless of the target who cast it (Tested against a foe using 0 armor again)

This has been corrected. You'll have to retest Create Shade in the next version. If it's cast automatically at the start of the battle then it might not take effect in that circumstance.
